Orders

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours unless stated otherwise in the description of the product. Please keep in mind Ukiyo Boutique is a small batch company - in the unlikely event that we are overrun with orders or experiencing delays we will be in contact with updates.

Please allow extra time if ordering a custom dress, requesting alterations or pre-order items.

Once your parcel has shipped you will be emailed with an Australia Post tracking number.

Shipping

We offer shipping within Australia, as well as to New Zealand, the United States of America and the United Kingdom.

Domestic Orders:

Express Post via Australia Post, delivery 1-3 business days after posting, flat rate of $12.

International Orders:

Express Post via Australia Post, delivery 5-12 business days after posting, flat rate of $30.

Via DHL, delivery 3-5 business days after posting, flat rate of $45.
